First Presbyterian Kindergarten is fully licensed by the State of Texas, and its teachers and staff are experienced educators with training in early childhood development, literature and whole-language curricula, and elementary teaching methods. Each staff member completes 15 hours of continuing education work each year. The classroom facilities and play areas are outstanding. Director of the school is Sunni Craig. Each year enrollment reaches maximum. This year there were 50 children. Terrell teachers witness to the quality start these children receive -- and year after year high school graduation sees former students ranking high in their class.
